Integrated Automation and Multimedia Applications

In this special project implemented in Başakşehir, comprehensive automation and multimedia systems that elevate user comfort and security to the highest level have been successfully applied.

Automation Systems

Within the scope of the project, a smart automation infrastructure has been established in all living spaces;
    •    Lighting,
    •    Curtain and shutter systems,
    •    Split and central air conditioning units,
    •    Underfloor heating systems
have been made fully controllable. Users can easily manage these systems both on-site and through their mobile devices.

Multimedia Systems

The entertainment and media experience within the home has been enriched with special solutions:
    •    A specially designed cinema room offers home cinema enjoyment with high-quality sound and image.
    •    Additionally, an independent sound system has been installed for each room, allowing users to easily perform music and sound controls specific to the rooms.

Intercom and Access Systems

    •    The apartments are equipped with a video intercom system, and communication inside and outside the building has been transitioned to a digital platform.
    •    The system works in harmony with smartphones through remote access and online integration; users can connect to their homes remotely to see incoming visitors and perform tasks like opening doors through their mobile devices.

Security and Sensor Systems

Security infrastructure;
    •    Flood detection,
    •    Gas leak,
    •    Smoke detection sensors have been reinforced,
    •    Additionally, basic alarm and central control systems have been configured to detect risks instantly and notify the user.
